8vo (8 7/8 x 5 1/2 in.; 225 x 143 mm). Full maroon calf, double-filleted border and gilt presidential emblem on upper cover, the initials "R.S. McN." stamped in gilt in the lower right corner of upper cover, smooth spine lettered gilt, marbled endpapers, edges gilt; spine dry, upper joint cracked, lower joint rubbed. Marbled slipcase.
