This work is in good condition overall. The top and bottom edges are deckled. There is scattered surface soiling, which is most prominant along the edges. There is some scattered foxing. The sheet is unhinged. Framed under Plexiglas.

This work is accompanied by an annotated blueprint that illustrates changes made to the sidewalk design, and includes correspondence between Steven and Klaus Perls with Alexander Calder's final approval of the revised design.
