Condition

This painting is in excellent condition. On the reverse of the painting, there is a brown horizontal linear stain that parallels the bottom, approximately 6 inches up from the bottom edge, and extending almost the width of the canvas. There is no trace or sign of this mark on the front of the painting. Under ultraviolet light, there are no apparent restorations. The canvas is on a folding stretcher and is framed in a wood strip frame with silver facing and wood insert painted black.
