Unbound as issued (10 1/4 x 7 1/2 in.; 260 x 190 mm).  Title-leaf, text booklet, 48 plates of architectural photographs, drawings and plans, captioned in Japanese; occasional marginal browning to plates, title-leaf browned.  Publisher's portfolio, 4 ribbon ties, gilt-lettered green cloth spine, covers with Wright-like design in gilt, black, red, and cream, printed label affixed to inner back cover; some skillful restoration.
