Condition

Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Marks, nicks, small chips, scratches and abrasions throughout consistent with age and use. Minor age cracks in base and in center of seat. Areas beneath feet and knees of figures with some chipping where inserted into base. One male figure with loss to front of proper left foot, the other male figure with losses to fronts of both feet; these losses with wood spacers inserted to stabilize (native repair). Minor chipping around four attachment points in seat, with visible nails. Some minor insect damage in base. Dark brown patina with areas of blackened encrustation.
