Condition
Overall in good condition. The table top appears to have a later finish and with nicks, scratches and dings consistent with use. The oak selected for the top with nice figuring. The legs of the table with minor scratches, nicks and rubbing concentrated to the lower portion of the leg commensurate with use. With one area of isolated discoloration to the top which appears to have rubbing and losses to finish. One leg with possible restoration to the portion adjacent to floor. The metal elements to the underside show evidence of repainting. Some of the painted washer to the top portion of the leg with red paint residue. The painted surface of the brace is slightly uneven to the touch. The top portion of all four legs adjacent to fastening to the underbrace of the table top showing minor cracks (approximately two inches), likely the result of overtightening the fastening hardware. One leg with a second crack at the lower fastener of the brace. The table remains stable and is good example of the form.
