Condition
Overall good condition. Each of the chairs appears to have a possible later finish and some minor restorations. Some of the pegs securing the joints appear to have been re-glued. With wear along the edges, minor veneer losses, occasional discolorations, nicks, dings and scuffs which are all consistent with age and use. One of the chairs with a larger edge loss to the front edge of the seat. Another chair presently with a loss to the top of the backrest measuring three inches in length with a minor adjacent loss. There is a related loss on this same chair to the immediate edge of the reverse of the chair as well, measuring one inch in length. One of the chairs with a more square shape to the backrest. Another chair with loss to the front of the proper left side of the seat with a several restored cracks to the underside of the seat. The fastening hardware appears replaced. There is a minor variation in color across the four chairs. The chairs are structurally sound and in good condition.
