Overall very good condition. The painted elements of the frame with minor losses, abrasions, and surface scratches, all consistent with age. The wooden edging of the top with considerable losses to finish, abrasions and scratches. One area to the proper right edge of the framing showing more red in tone and with a more glossy finish to the remnants of the finish. This is possibly an area of prior restoration executed many years ago. The wooden frame with dryness, surface nicks and some minor seam separations. The laminate inset with surface scratches, abrasions, and some minor losses presently showing darker in color likely from surface dirt. Overall the laminate in is good condition, with the condition issues isolated to the edge and certain localized regions of the top. Considering the age and apparent significant use, the laminate and metal frame remain in good condition. The metal base of the feet with losses to paint and surface scratches. The present lot could be used as either a table of a desk.
