Condition
STRUCTURE
The canvas has been relined.
There are a few very faint signs of craquelure across the surface, only visible upon close inspection, otherwise the work appears in good overall condition.
ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
UV light reveals areas of retouching along the left, upper and right edges and some flecks of retouching to the sky in the upper left quadrant. The varnish appears opaque and may conceal other minor retouchings.

Held in a gilt plaster frame.
