8vo (8 1/4 x 5 3/4 in.; 210 x 142 mm).  Title-page with wood-engraved border, illustrations and initials by Lucien Pissarro printed in color, 12 wood-engravings hors texte after Camille Pissarro by Lucien Pissarro printed in color; occasional minor spotting not affecting images.  Green calf, spine gilt-lettered and with cuir incisé botanical decorations in three panels, upper and lower covers each with very fine cuir incisé panels of brown calf pointille background with a tableau of dragonflys, grasshoppers, flowers, wheat, a sythe and sickle in red, green, tan, and orange, signed by N. Palli on the upper cover, top edges gilt, gilt-decorated cream calf doublures, multi-colored moiré guards, marbled endleaves; spine slightly faded, some slight rubbing to spine ends and extremities.

Copy 68 of 116 numbered copies printed at the Eragny Press, London, this copy an exemplaire nominatif for M. L. Orosdi.

A unique copy with the original watercolors by Camille Pissarro bound in.  In all, there are 12 original watercolors, signed "CP".   In addition, one of 13 numbered sets of the hors texte plates, signed by Lucien Pissarro, is bound in.

A superb example of the work of both Camille and Lucien Pissarro and of the Eragny Press, in a very fine contemporary binding.
