Condition
The enamel of the lid and base with surface abrasions, which could possibly be polished out. The gold edges and corners with a small number of nicks.

American businessman Charles H. Sabin (1868-1933) served as Vice President, President, and Chairman of the Board of J. P. Morgan Jr.'s bank Guaranty Trust, which made a first loan of twelve million dollars to Russia following the outbreak of World War I. Swedish banker Olof Aschberg (1877-1960) was the Morgan agent in Russia and negotiated the Russian loans.
