Condition
Unexamined out of frame and under glass there is some light time staining to the sheet, with some minor spots of paint loss in the lower right.

Louise d'Artois (1819-1864) was the eldest daughter of the Duc and Duchesse de Berry. Here she is depicted with her son Robert I (1848-1907), having acceded the throne at the age of six following the assassination of his father Charles III Duke of Parma.
