Designed as a graduated cluster of leaves completed by a meandering line of diamonds accented by florets, the center composed of a triple-leaf detachable clip set with cushion-shaped rubies weighing approximately 48.00 carats, and baguette and round diamonds weighing approximately 24.00 carats, further set at the sides and back with cushion-shaped rubies weighing approximately 45.00 carats, and baguette and round diamonds weighing approximately 17.20 carats, the leaf tips accented with triangular-shaped diamonds, length 14 1/8  inches.

Condition

Accompanied by A.G.L. report CS 45949 stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin; heat enhancement none. The detachable clip (comprising the centermost three leaves) is set with 63 cushion-shaped rubies, and 193 baguette and 18 round diamonds; the remainder of the necklace set with 51 cushion-shaped rubies, and 257 baguette and 103 round diamonds. The rubies are a rich slightly purplish red color of medium tone, they are lively and well matched. They are light to moderately included and there are a few small chips, cracks and abraided facet junctions throughout. Diamonds are G-I color and VVS-SI clarity throughout.
