Description

  • Diamond, Sapphire, emerald, gold
Designed as a stylised lotus flower, embellished with millegrain set rose, pear-shaped, single- and circular-cut diamonds, and calibré-cut sapphires and emeralds, signed Boucheron Paris and indistinctly numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

French assay marks for gold and possible assay marks for platinum. Signed Boucheron Paris and indistinctly numbered. Maker's marks. Sapphires and emeralds very well matched in colour, a few typical crystal inclusions and nicks and abrasion visible under magnification. Central diamond estimated to weigh approximately 1.20 carats, H colour, VS-SI clarity as graded in the mount. Smaller diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with age, traces of lead solder. Very elegant piece.
