Condition
The sheet is glued down to a piece of carboard. The sheet is in fair condition, with staining at all four edges that has been matted out and overall toning. There appears to be a blue ink stamp of the estate in the lower right corner of the sheet. There are four noticeable areas of foxing, three along the left edge and one at the center of the lower edge that are visible in the current matting.
