the globular body rising to a tall slender columnar neck, standing on a slightly splayed foot, covered in a brilliantly mottled turquoise and blue glaze

Condition

The vase has been drilled in the base with a 3/4 in. diameter hole. There is a 3/8 in. area of old glaze flaking on the rim of the foot and some minor scratches around the edge of the foot and the rim of the neck presumably caused when the vase was previously mounted as a lamp.
