Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The gold plating is not original to the piece. There are very fine surface abrasions, presumably due to handling and wear. There is also minimal evidence of mild tarnishing, most apparent at the extreme edges. Otherwise the work is structurally sound and there are no apparent condition problems.
