Description

of rectangular form moulded and painted in underglaze cobalt blue, pink, turquoise and brown, outlined in black with a prince and attendant on horseback visiting a courtesan, set amidst a leafy glade with fish pond and palace in the background, with a border of birds and floral scrolls

Condition

In good overall condition, minor areas of glaze cracquelure, minor abrasions to extremities, colours bright and bold, as viewed.
