Condition

The sheet is a newsprint page that has been torn from the Financial Times and is undulating slightly. The edges are uneven and there are small losses in the upper right and upper left corners, which appear inherent to the work. There are pin-size holes along the upper and lower edges from the printing process and there is a faint horizontal crease through the centre from where the newspaper was folded. There is a two centimetre long vertical tear near the lower right edge and a tiny tear near the centre of the right edge. There are a few spots of staining along the right edge and the sheet has discoloured slightly. Otherwise the work appears in good overall condition. Held under perspex in a wooden box frame with a white mount; unexamined out of frame. Please telephone the department on 020 7293 5381 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
