Condition

There is a long hairline crack extending from the middle of the medallion with the yellow hollyhock up across the top of the pink bat, across the blue border above the day lily medallion, dipping slightly in a 'V' into the day lily medallion and angling up through the blue border over the pink bat, down the far left side of the rose medallion and curving left towards the foot, stopping just below the middle of the day lily medallion on the pink lappets. The enamelling is in very good condition with only some bubbling to the pink enamelling on the lappets around the foot. Despite the crack, the overall conditiion is quite good. With a silk-lined leather case, probably made in the late 19th century or turn of the century.
