The manual movement is running at the time of cataloguing, however it may require a service in the near future for it to be well preserved. Dial is discoloured and there is some paint missing to the centre. Case and bracelet with scuffs through out. Inscription to back reads '7.4.31'. Numbers to case back 23846 31642, numbers to buckle 9739.

Catalogue Note

The Tank collection is a tribute to the World War I military tanks by Louis Cartier who was fascinated by these engines. The shape of a Tank wristwatch is a schematic recall of a military tank: a square surrounded by two shafts reminding of the tracks.
