Catalogue Note

The Sultanate of Oman emblem is made of a two crossed "khanjars" knifes, a traditional dagger of Oman. Between the daggers is placed the "gourith", a small traditional axe whose head is 10 cm long. This model with Oman arms is very rare to find. An "Omani Cosmograph" ref 6263 was sold in Geneva in 2006 for CHF 48'000.
