with a late 19th century baroque style ebonized and tortoiseshell frame.

Condition

Not examined out of frame; overall very good condition; the needlework retaining its vibrant colors especially the reds and blues; the border with small losses to embroidery; hole approximately 1/4 inch in diameter to the center of the picture above the figure of William III and next to the sun. The frame in good condition; with some touching in to the ebonized surface and with some scratches; slight lifting to the tortoiseshell veneer in places with some repairs.
