  • Bronze
cast in the form of a taotie mask with facial details cast in low relief, with large pierced round eyes and upturned horns, the patina of silvery-green color

Condition

The mask is in overall good condition with the exception of the tip of the right hand horn that has been broken off and is missing, and a repaired break to the right hand horn, approx half way along. There is a single pictogram cast on the reverse of the mask.
