Condition

Cut at lower end of field and along left side of field; borders pieced together in lower end. Pile generally low to knotheads and foundation overall; scattered small reweaves, Kashmir repiling and old tinting throughout. Partially rewoven side and end guard borders; lower end and left side guard border s extant with losses and tears. Rips and tears at both ends. Supple handle, very thin carpet, will enhance with some conservation. Please note that a license may be required to export textiles, rugs and carpets of Iranian origin from the United States. Clients should enquire with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regarding export requirements. Pease check with the Carpet department if you are uncertain as to whether a lot is subject to this restriction or if you need assistance with such enquiries
