Condition

Pile ranges from approximately 1/8 inch to low to knotheads and foundation in areas of oxidation and moth damage. 2 inch repaired slit in center medallion, another small slit/hole in moth damage area in right side guard border; scattered minor fold wear with some repiling. Sides with later overcasting, now detached in areas. Ends partially rewoven with all redone fringes. Supple handle, good color and lustrous wool; sound fabric and condition.
