The jardinière suspended from a stylized bar pin, set with a table-cut ruby, cabochon and carved rubies, cabochon and carved sapphires, carved and buff top calibré-cut emeralds, and baguette and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats, the reverse showing an oval dial with Arabic numerals, manual movement, signed Mauboussin, France, numbered 93633, one diamond missing.

Condition

Set with 1 table-cut, 2 cabochon and 2 carved rubies; 2 carved and 1 cabochon sapphires; 1 carved and 3 buff-top calibré-cut emeralds; and 12 baguette and 75 single-cut diamonds. Diamonds are approximately H to J color, VS clarity. Rubies are purplish-red, eye visible inclusions in table-cut ruby. Small losses to enamel on side of urn handles, base has been re-enameled (see photo in book where it's chipped). One screw missing from watch case. Watch has a manual movement signed Mauboussin France, 18 jewels and numbered 2863. Also numbered 8790-7-3 and maker's mark H P bisected by a cat. Case is signed Mauboussin France and numbered 90633. The manual movement is currently working. See Important Notice Regarding Condition of Watches on page 158 of the catalogue.
