the tray formed as nine panels of lapis, the outer ones centered by rosettes of emeralds, rubies, and pearls, separated by borders of colored strapwork with masks and demi-figures, gem-set rosettes at the angles, outer border of winged cherub heads, the handles formed as fantastic bird-heads with entwined tails

a few lapis panels with cracks but stable, otherwise good, nice quality
