Condition
STRUCTURE:
The canvas has been lined. There are a few scattered small spots of frame abrasion along the extreme edges of the canvas and some craquelure. Otherwise this work is in good condition with fresh colours.
UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT:
There is some retouching to the left of the lower edge due to some old damage. There are some minor spots of cosmetic retouching just left of centre and some further minor scattered spots elsewhere.
FRAME:
Held in a decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame in fair condition.
