Original canvas. There is heavy craquelure throughout, and there is a painted-over seal visible to the extreme upper left corner, but the work is in overall good condition, with fine detail and strong colours, and would improve greatly with a light professional cleaning. Held in a gold-painted, moulded plaster and wood frame.
