RARE PAIR OF JADEITE 'DOUBLE HOOP' AND DIAMOND PENDENT EARRINGS

Description
- Diameter and thickness of hoops approximately 18.56 to18.73 and 5.36 to 5.45 mm respectively.
Each set with highly translucent interlocking jadeite hoops of emerald green colour, surmounted and anchored by a shield-shaped diamond, joined by princess-cut diamonds and brilliant-cut diamond-set rings, the diamonds altogether weighing approximately 5.75 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the jadeite double-hoops are well-matching and have very fine translucency, of emerald green colour with nice thickness. Upon strong illumination and careful look, there are clouds and two to three tiny black spotty inclusions, which are not seen in normal lighting. The four shield-shaped diamonds are probably of F to G colours, VS clarity that diamonds on one earring is better (about VVS2 to VS1) than the other side (about VS2).
Condition: Classic double-hoop earrings, in mint condition.
