Of trefoil design, set with cabochon sapphires and rubies, to the brilliant-cut diamond stem, mounted in yellow and white gold, signed Bulgari.

Stamped 750 for gold. Sapphires stated to weigh 12.06, 13.07 and 18.41 carats, well matched, few crystal inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface reaching. Few minor scratches to surface noticeable with the aid of a 10x lens. Rubies also well matched, with typical inclusions. Diamonds bright and lively. Little signs of wear to the metal. In good condition.
