Condition
In fairly good general condition. The crayon has faded somewhat, especially in upper left and in the bottom 6 inches of the sheet. The sheet has time darkened overall, and is backed with a japan sheet. The work is hinged to the mat at upper corners. A one inch diameter stain visible beneath the "R" of "Pour" at lower edge. Another smaller stain just to the right, at the lower center edge. Scattered foxing, and some fibers in the sheet which has darkened somewhat and are more prominent. Several small flattened creases near the upper right corner. Few small scuffs to the surface. The work appears to have had some conservation and the pigment seems muted overall as a result. There is long, thin depression to the sheet about 1/2 inch below the top edge, which extends almost all the way across the sheet.
