Description

  • Clock 32cm. 12½in. high; Candlesticks 25.5cm. 10in. high
3½-inch enamel dial signed Trouvez A Paris, bell striking movement with outside count wheel and silk suspension, the case with urn surmount, fluted pillars, foliate mounts and milled feet; together with a later pair of candlesticks on ball feet  

Condition

Dial probably restored. There are some chips to the dial at the 25minute mark and between the 45min. and 50min marks. Movement is clean and looks as though it would run. Case and candlesticks in good condition with a few minor edge chips. Candlesticks possibly lacking drip pans. The cast nozzles have some tiny casting holes. The beeded mounts (below the nozzles) are loose. With pendulm but no winder. Nice quality.
