Description

  • 120 cm, 130 cm, 50 cm
opening to two ebony veneer and brass banding shelves.

Condition

Overall in good condition and presentation with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks to veneers and carcass consistent with age and use. Tarnishing to gilt-bronze in places with the upper left side claps with minor casting defects. The marble with the usual chips to edges and scratches to surface consistent with age, however the marble is broken in two at the middle and will need to be repaired. There is extensive wear to upper and lower edges of the shaped apron. On the left side panel a new screw has been used to tighten the hinges and this screw went through the side panel now showing the tip inside. Key sscutcheon missing to right door.
