Condition
Original canvas. There are two flecks of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, to the centre of the right edge. Apart from a minor scratch emanating from the lower right edge, some yellowing of the varnish and some scattered fine craquelure, this work is in overall very good condition. Held in a simple, bronze-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
