Condition
The painting is a little warmer than the catalogue illustration. The canvas is unlined with several damages, as seen in the catalogue, though these do not overly affect the characters. Discoloured retouchings are present, and are confirmed under ultraviolet light. The painting is offered in a gilt wood frame with numerous paint losses.
