Condition

Respectable overall condition. The canvas has been correctly relined. Under a very dirty varnish. There are four old restored tears above and on the right of the nymph keeping the dogs on the leash (4 cm each). A small restored tear (1 cm) in the orange dress of Diana. Some small restored paint losses in the left hand of the nymph holding a spear and on the right of the composition. Under ultraviolet light: Old scattered restorations in the orange dress of Diana. Some retouches in the dark red drapery upper left and above the quiver. Some dots of repaint in the faces and flesh of the nymphs.
