Anonymous sale, London, Sotheby's, 5 July 2007, lot 135 for £8,000 where acquired by the present owner.

Condition

The canvas has been recently relined. The paint surface is secure and under a glossy varnish. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouchings. Offered in a wood and plaster frame in fair condition.
