Description
the handle twisted in the form of a figure of eight and welded to flat tapering blades engraved on each side with panels of a small bird flying amongst loose foliage scrolls against a finely ring-punched ground

Condition
The scissors show some very light overall surface wear and scratching and some darker areas of patination. The blades do not fully cross.
