Description

  • Marianne Ostier
The front composed of four strands of cultured pearls supported by decorative openwork plaques at the sides set with 163 round and single-cut diamonds and 18 baguette diamonds weighing a total of approximately 6.00 carats, continuing to two strands of cultured pearls at the back,  the whole strung with 123 cultured pearls measuring approximately 8.5 to 6.7 mm., mounted in platinum, length 14½ inches, signed MO for Marianne Ostier.

Condition

The pearls are a creamy white shade with overtones of pink and green, with good luster and minor blemishing. The diamonds are approximately H-I color and VS-SI clarity. The necklace opens by flipping up the middle diamond-set bar on the right hand side (as you're wearing it). In good condition overall. Signed with a stylistic MO for Marianne Ostier on an applied square plaque at the corner of the reverse of the left hand diamond-set segment.
