Condition

The canvas is unlined and fairly loosely stretched. There is buckling throughout. There is extensive craquelure throughout the work especially in the lower left and right corners. There are two areas of paint loss (1/4 and ½ in.) in the lower left corner. Under ultraviolet light, there is faint inpainting along all edges consistent with frame abrasions. This work appears to be in stable condition.
