Description

  • 54.5cm. high
each with neo-classical maidens accompanied by putti, with reeded handles centred by female masks, above boldly carved acanthus on circular reeded base, raised on a square rouge griotte marble plinth with laurel and floral ribbon tied wreath plaques



 

Condition

In overall good condition with some minor dents, marks and scratches due to ageing, minor wear to the gilding, minor tiny casting flaws to the mouldings, one small wineleaf to upper border of one of the vases missing, minor rim chips to the red marble base. Without covers. Nice old patina, a very attractive and recommendable pair.
