Description

the robustly potted baluster body rising from a short spreading foot to a tall neck with cup-shaped mouth, the voluted domed cover surmounted by a bird finial, all covered in a pale olive-green glaze

Condition

There is a 2.5cm long chip to the rim of the vase. The glaze is quite inconsistent to the side of the body adn there are a number of areas of significant glaze crawling and iron spotting to the body under the glaze. There is a 2.5cm firing crack to the cover
