Volume 1 limited to 149 copies of which this is one of 135 on paper, volumes 2–3 limited to 170 of which these are of 150 each on paper, woodcut illustrations by Charles Keates and W. Hooper after the 1491 edition, initials supplied by hand in gold, red, blue, and green by Graily Hewitt. Contemporary limp vellum, spines lettered gilt, pairs of green cloth ties on each volume.  Ivory cloth folding case.(Hornby XIII; XX; XXI). Together with: George Cavendish.
