Condition

This work is in good condition. The canvas has been relined and the surface is varnished, presumably to address the horizontal cracks in the lower left qaudrant, the largest measuring approximately 6 in. wide; which as such are now stable. The varnish has yellowed slightly with age. Under ultraviolet inspection, there is evidence of minor spot inpainting that faintly floursece under UV light inspection. These spots are located at the upper right and in the central gray field of color; as well as in the lower left quadrant related to the fine cracking. Framed.
