Description

gouache heightened with gold on paper, a prince hunting on horseback, his entourage skinning his catch and leading his falcons and dogs, a village scene beyond, margins in cream sprinkled with gold, borders ruled in colours, the verso with calligraphy in nasta'liq script in black ink, highlighted with red, on cream paper 

Condition

In generally good condition, some surface wear with associated flaking and rubbing, otherwise colours strong and bright, as viewed.
