Condition

Illustration is accurate. Exceptionnal piece in good condition. Very high quality of chasing with two types of gilding (pink and yellow), small wear in places (black stains visible from the photo). Very attractive chandelier, large size. To recommend.

On connait, dans le même esprit, un projet de lustre pour le cabinet de Nicolas 1er au Palais d'Hiver de Saint-Petersbourg. Un autre lustre comparable, attribué à Andreï Schreiber de Saint-Petersbourg, est aujourd'hui conservé au Palais de Tsarkoe Selo.
