hegba, évoquant la forme classique d'un quadrupède, le plateau incurvé, les pieds courbés se terminant par des "sabots" crénelés et noircis, la "tête" et la "queue" signifiées par deux protubérances sculptées à chaque extrémité de l'assise. Belle patine nuancée, brun clair.



Les tabourets des Bongo du Soudan sont très rares en raison de la disparition de la population au XIXe siècle. En 1875, George Schweinfurth soulignait que ce type de siège était exclusivement utilisé par les femmes.
