  • height: 38cm., 15in
of medici form, the bodies finely carved with acanthus leaves over gadrooned lower sections on spreading fluted stems and square bases

Condition

There are some restored chips along the edges of both bases. One vase has minor chips at the join underneath the lobed section. This and the additional paste evident inside the vase at the edge suggests the vase may have become loose at some point. This in no way detracts from the visual appearance of the vases which are very fine.
